Terms of Service

Updated: August 27, 2026 • Partyllon Rentals LLC

We try our best to make the rental process easy, clear, and reliable. Please respect our equipment as it will be used by many celebrations across the DMV in the future.

1. Reserving Equipment

Equipment is officially reserved when booked online or via telephone after payment has been made. You will receive an order confirmation via email showing the equipment you reserved. A down payment of 20% must be made in order to send confirmation and secure equipment in our inventory.

2. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Standard Changes: Items can be added or removed up to 3 days before the event. Items can be added based on availability.
  • Peak Season Changes (May, June & July): Changes must be made before the 2-week final payment deadline. Additional items can always be added based on inventory availability.
  • Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 3 days before the event will receive a full refund (processing may take up to 2 weeks). Events cancelled less than 3 days before the event date will not receive a refund, but you are welcome to reschedule for a future date at no additional cost.
  • Peak Season Cancellations (May, June & July): Cancellations made after the 2-week final payment deadline will not receive a monetary refund; you will receive a store credit toward a future event.

3. Final Payment

The final payment for an order is due 3 days before the event / delivery date. If the client chooses to pick up the items, full payment is required 3 days prior. For events scheduled during May, June, and July, final payment is required 2 weeks before the event.

4. Delivery & Setup

We keep a tight delivery schedule across Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland. Standard deliveries include a 20-minute setup window upon arrival for designated items (mainly tables and frame tents). Please notify us in advance if there are physical obstacles, stairs, or long walking distances that could exceed the standard setup time. Orders requiring extensive setups or handling obstacles are subject to additional service fees.

5. Rental Period

All rentals include up to a 5-day use period. The period starts the day (not exact hour) of delivery/pickup and ends the day of drop-off/retrieval. No discounts are provided for using items for fewer than 5 days. Please notify us as soon as possible if you require extended dates; late returns without prior agreement may incur additional fees.

6. Permissions, Venue Permits & Weather

The client is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, HOA approvals, and licenses required for the installation of rental equipment at their chosen venue or property.

Our heavy-duty frame tents are engineered for standard outdoor weather conditions. For personal safety, we recommend immediate evacuation of tents during severe weather, lightning, extreme high winds, or heavy downpours.

7. Equipment Condition & Protection Plan

  • Cleanliness: Equipment must be returned in original condition. Standard wipe down and sanitization is included; however, a $5 cleaning fee per item applies if linens, chairs, or tables have food residue, debris, or require deep cleaning.
  • Rental Protection Plan: Basic ding and minor scratch coverage is included in the order (priced at $5 or 10% of the total cost, whichever is greater). This does not cover loss, theft, or intentional negligence.
  • Damages & Lost Items: The client is financially responsible for replacements of missing or irreparably damaged equipment. Partyllon Rentals LLC will provide itemized documentation of replacement costs, shipping, and applicable taxes.

8. Proper Use & Limitation of Liability

Equipment must be used exclusively for its intended purpose (e.g., chairs for sitting, tables for dining/display). Any harm, injury, or loss caused by improper use falls entirely upon the client. Partyllon Rentals LLC shall not be held liable for claims, damages, judgments, or attorney fees resulting from improper operation or severe weather occurrences on site.
